In Tokyo, young Tomo, haunted by bad luck, decides to end his existence. Together with Hiroko, who is obsessed with a stranger's old scrapbook, they agree to attend every meeting that arises, planning to decipher the parts of the whole and overcome this joke before it happens. Their journey through signs, sounds and situations plunges them into another side of the city - a labyrinth of subcultures and surreal delays in the air. By triggering events far beyond his imagination, Tomo ends up finding his answers at the bottom of something totally bizarre. A strange tale of being in the world, individual will and the deciphering of signs.
