Video arts are forms of video that do not need a specific object or place to be experienced, and can be seen on any screen or device. Focused on digital files that can be seen online, but not restricted to this. Looping video, non-cinema, internet experiments such as gifs, memes. Forms of video that, on the screen, do not depend on space or external manipulation.
