Sundog lives in the Sonoran Desert, on the Mexican border. He is an elderly gentleman who lives off whatever the brutal nature gives him, be it a wild boar or a psychedelic poison frog. But Border Patrol agents are threatening the peace in Sundog's desert kingdom, and the armed recluse is prepared to defend it. The film shows the relationship between humanity and nature at a critical moment, when civil disobedience is a provocative answer to the most important questions. CPH Dox 2020 selection.
