Chantal Caron, director and choreographer, offers a unique approach to contemporary dance, which aims to place the spectator in the heart of nature, making them witness danced poetry and offering them as a gift the paradigm of an ecosystem so rich and at the same time so fragile. It is in an attempt to raise awareness of this environment in which man, nature and animals coexist that she offers her original creations, related to the cycle of life, inspired by a natural disaster that occurred in 2013 in Lac-Mégantic (. Quebec, Canada) when a train of 72 wagons carrying 7.7 million liters of crude oil derailed, killing 47 people on site, causing the emission and spillage of oil and other contaminants into the environment. The show takes place in the river during two majestic snowstorms and presents three artists who personify the survival of our species or its last breath of life.
