Kurt Walker
Kurt Walker is a Vancouver-based filmmaker. He makes films that deal with place, connection, and time. In 2014, his first no-budget feature film, Hit 2 Pass, won the Lusíada University Award at Doclisboa for Best Feature Film in International Competition. More recently, his latest film, I Thought the World of You, won the top prize at the Festival de nouveau cinema and was called “A truly beautiful lyrical essay” by Guy Maddin. Walker currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, where he is preparing his next feature film.
