OPTX.drips is an archeomediatic work that presents a fusion between outdated optical technology (red/cyan stereoscopy) and obsolete media (the Vectrex), which have been updated through their hybridization with digital technology. The installation explores the idea of a form of optical texture visible only with anaglyph stereoscopic technology (3D, red/cyan), transforming flat projection surfaces into optical membranes rich in relief and depth, articulated through an abstract, experimental and expressive aesthetic. The 24 audiovisual sequences of the work repeat randomly, shifting and thus renewing their composition over time.
