Inspired by Stanisław Lem's Solaris, the film consists of excerpts from 70 films produced by the Educational Film Studio in Łódź in the 1960s and the first radio adaptations of Solaris. A personal, trance-like story about loss, grief and memory.

Kuba Mikruda
Kuba Mikurda is a film director and academic. He has worked as a film critic, journalist and editor. Director of the award-winning feature-length documentaries LOVE EXPRESS (2018), THE DISAPPEARANCE OF WALERIAN BOROWCZYK (2018) and ESCAPE TO THE SILVER GLOBE (2021). He teaches at the Łódź Film School and hosts the podcast "Director's Cut". His most recent experimental documentary SOLARIS MON AMOUR (2023) was selected at the Brive FF.
