On different types of transportation, several Chinese students wander through different parts of Boston, from the crowded city center to the quiet suburbs. We see them on their way somewhere, it seems like an encounter, a reunion or a separation is about to happen to them, and then they disappear from the frame. Life seems to be returning to normal, but certain undercurrents are still hidden in these stagnant slices of everyday time.
