The director establishes a close relationship with some clients, inviting them to go to a motel, film themselves and send the videos, providing a unique insight into the country’s emotional and sexual psyche.

Rachel Daisy Ellis
Rachel Daisy Ellis is a Brazilian/British director based in Recife, Pernambuco. With a master's degree in Social Policy, she is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Visual Arts: Photography and Post-Cinema in Lisbon. In 2010, she co-founded the production company DESVIA with Gabriel Mascaro, where she produced award-winning feature films such as "Doméstica", "Boi Neon" and "Divino Amor". In 2018, she made her directorial debut with the short film "Mini Miss", which won an award at the É Tudo Verdade festival and has been shown at several international festivals. "EROS" is her first feature film as a director, and she is currently involved in other authorial projects in different stages of development and production.
