Matilda Miranda Mellado

Matilde Miranda Mellado graduated in Film and Television from the University of Chile. Her career is mainly in directing and post-production. She directed and wrote the short films “Setornanoretorna” (2019, documentary), “VSFG” (2020, fiction) - created as part of an exchange with the University of Korea - and “Salaman Extensor” (2023, fiction). These projects are defined by an experimental visual approach and an artistic sensibility that make her signature. She also specialized as a creative director at the design company Riolab, working in cinematography, post-production and audiovisual compositions for artistic installations in various digital formats.
