Noá Bonoba is an actress, screenwriter, filmmaker, director, casting director, playwright, teacher with a degree in Theater from the Instituto Federal do Ceará, writer/researcher with a Master's degree in Art from the Postgraduate Program in Arts at the Universidade Federal do Ceará, curator of Tomada LBT and Pequenos Trabalhos não são Trabalhos Pequenos, and member of the 5th Class of the Audiovisual School of Vila das Artes.

She is currently interested in artistic works that use hybridism between languages as political support for activism involved in debates about the redistribution of access to dissident existences. In her doctoral research, she is investigating the way transgenderism and transvestism have been addressed in cinema, with the aim of mapping and proposing other narratives for trans and transvestite characters.

He is currently developing the script for the feature film Iguaraguá, approved by Curitiba_Lab and in the development category of the SECULT-CE public notice, where he has investigated the genres of horror, suspense and science fiction in film creation. He has recently completed the work Travomantra, which uses hybrid artistic supports to build uprising mantras that enhance dissident existences, reversing and redistributing necropolitics. He directed and wrote the scripts for the short films O mundo sem nós (2016), Terra ausente (2018), Nebulosa (2020), O livro dos falsos princípios (2020) and Lalabis (2023). With Lalabis he has already been to Mostra que Desejo (RJ), Mostra de Cinema de Tiradentes (MG), Mostra Cine Caratapa (CE) and Festival Quarentena (CE).
