BOOM brings together images of New York’s luxury real estate into a single virtual tour. Cutting between multimillion-dollar apartments with “cinematically elevated views,” BOOM depicts a city that has undergone a dizzying transformation into perhaps the world’s largest gated community.

Diane Nerwen
Diane Nerwen is a video artist and arts educator. She has shown her work internationally, including exhibitions and shows at the Museum of Modern Art, NY, the Guggenheim Museum, NY, the Tate Modern, London, the Carriage Trade, NY, and the Berlin Film Festival. She was awarded a DAAD Artist in Residence Fellowship in Berlin in 2001. Nerwen was born in Montreal and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
