Liv is an audiovisual artist with a degree in cinema and has been passionate about electronic music since the 90s. Her work includes music videos, video art, short films, and video performances. As a DJ, her sets range from experimentalism to techno and broken beats, almost always in dark settings and mesmerizing atmospheres.
She has a project called Papoula where she produces a radio show and a party where she promotes the scene in São Paulo.
In her own project called Lilien, her live AV show combines her love for music and images.
Her music is experimental, immersive, visceral, a dive into unusual textures. The visuals permeate this playful and dark atmosphere.
She works by making her own sounds with field recordings and with Ableton live, her visuals are composed of videos of her own creation, including some research videos, mixed in Resolume.
