Born in León, Spain, in 1992, Jorge Suárez-Quiñones Rivas is a Madrid-based filmmaker with a degree in Architecture and Contemporary Audiovisual Creation. He develops his practice as a filmmaker (Yohei, Amijima, Gimcheoul, Twelve Seasonal Films, Meihōdō, Excerpts I [Though I now depart…]), teacher (MasterLAV, TAI) and video essayist (MUBI Notebook).
