Short

Music video for the song "Hora" by the Rio de Janeiro band Contando Bicicletas, an exhilarating and psychedelic experience. The direction and photography were done by the band themselves. The main idea was to have a selected palette of colors appear on the screen according to specific musical moments. Chemical reactions, projected films, paint splatters, food, nature scenes and other events were recorded. An elliptical mask was used for the editing process as a form of selective visualization, giving the action a unique cropping and a different feeling. Different layer transparencies and clip speeds were also used to accompany the rises and falls of the song.
